The hotel was stylish and spacious, perfect for our group of friends, with clean and pleasant-smelling rooms. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, offering helpful services like arranging taxis and providing a warm atmosphere. The location was convenient with easy access to attractions and transport, although some aspects felt a bit unsafe. The dining experience had a good variety but lacked options for dietary restrictions. Overall, a modern and comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While the location was fantastic, close to multiple subway stations and popular attractions, the rooms were smaller than expected and the breakfast area was always too crowded. The staff, however, were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made up for some of the inconveniences.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The junior suite with 2 queens and a pull-out couch for the teenager was perfect for us. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a great view. The lobby staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others and will stay here again if I return to NYC.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quite large and clean, which was nice. However, they were overly warm and cramped, not reflecting the pictures. The breakfast area was too crowded, so we didn't even bother trying. Despite these drawbacks, the location was excellent, near many attractions and restaurants.

The hotel location was excellent, within a short walk to Times Square and other downtown attractions, yet surprisingly quiet at night. The staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant, especially the Concierge, who provided great assistance with booking tours and shows. However, the room size was a bit small and could get crowded in the mornings. The dining options were limited, but overall, it was a great value for money stay.
